Am time-pressed would be sailor...!
Are you interested in racing and if so, what type of experience do you have? Willing to learn?
No so interested in racing, though I will be helping a friend race this summer...my presepctive is that it's good sail handling experience and I have a competive streak, but it's not why I sail or try to sail...just the opposite really.

How much sailing have you done? What type of sailing would you like to do this season?
Done not so much sailing but some. A couple of longer distance sails from St Lucia to Panama; and New York to St Martin, and some North Shore Long Island...much to learn though...
Do you own a boat? If so, what kind, and where is it docked? If not, do you rent, charter, or use a sailing club?
Nope.
What sailing courses have you taken? What certifications do you hold?
ASA 101 -- have taken a navigation course -- may pursue the ASA courses but is more about what one knows about sailing...
