"Love racing but work schedule doesn't permit it any more. Occasional club races now only. Best way to grow as a sailor in all conditions."

Are you looking for crew? Are you willing to crew?

"I have a boat and so I am looking for crew. However, I always enjoy sailing on others boats when I get the chance."

How much sailing have you done? What type of sailing would you like to do this season?

"I enjoyspending weekends on the water and day sails on weekdays. Manhassett, Oyster Bay, North Port, Huntington are easy journeys from City Island. Lower NY harbor requires timing the East River tides but is a great trip."

Do you own a boat? If so, what kind, and where is it docked? If not, do you rent, charter, or use a sailing club?

"Panacea is a 1973 Newport 30 II. She is fast cruiser extensively updated for cruising safely on the sound. She is on a mooring at the Harlem Yacht Club on City Island, NY. Info on the club is available at HYC.ORG."

What sailing courses have you taken? What certifications do you hold?

"ASA Bareboat, Several Power Squadron classes."
