How much sailing have you done? What type of sailing would you like to do this season?
This begins my second year of sailing, and I am primarily interested in cruising in Long Island Sound and up into New England.
Do you own a boat? If so, what kind, and where is it docked? If not, do you rent, charter, or use a sailing club?
I am the owner of a 31 foot Southern Cross sailboat which has been designed as a blue water cruiser. She is presently berthed on City Island.
What sailing courses have you taken? What certifications do you hold?
Have taken the USPS Boating and Safety Course, and am presently enrolled in their basic piloting course. I have also taken a course in basic navigation and GPS with the USCG Aux.
