Meetup Description: For this monthly meet-up, we are having a few different topics on the agenda as follows:

* Apparent Wind -- weather permitting, this demonstration will be held in the library parking lot.

* VHF Radios -- Pete is bringing a few radios with him so that we can have some hands-on experience using them.

* Knot-tying -- for those of you who would want to practice some more knot-typing, Pete will be bringing back some of his ropes, fenders, cletes, et.al. in order for us to practice on.

Afterward we will head to a bar called :
