Introduction

Member of the Morris Yacht and Beach Club on City Island and since 2001, the Commodore of the Eastchester Bay Yacht Racing Assoc. (EBYRA). EBYRA hosts the CityIslandCup, the Fall Series and the competitive Wednesday Night Race Series.

How did you hear about the group? What have you heard about the group?

Through Alan. I'm one of the organizers of this fine group.

Have you taken any sailing courses? Do you hold any certifications?

Several courses on safety, tactics, navigation and racing.

Are you interested in racing, cruising or both?

Mostly racing, but enjoy cruising as well. Would love to see some meetup raftups at some destinations on Long Island Sound or elsewhere. Have cruised the Enterprise to Sandy Hook, Saybrook, Clinton, Port Jeff, etc.

Are you looking to crew? Are you looking for crew?

Always looking for good crew that can commit to racing on Wednesday Nights and some weekend events. The key word there is: commit.

Do you own a boat? How much experience do you have?

Been sailing all my life and racing since early teens. Currently own a 1990 C&C 37/40+ named the "Starship Enterprise" -- Sail No. NCC-1701-B. She's the third boat of mine to carry the name.
