- I'm Cap'n Ed. I think i love boats a little too much! I took up sailing after buiying a sunfish at a yard sale. It's gotten quite out of control since then. For about seven years now I have been sailing S/V Chipper-B, a Cutter rigged Ketch.
- How did you hear about the group? What have you heard about the group?

New Years' Eve on the south pole. or just whereever, whenever.
- Do you own a boat? How much experience do you have?

60 foot ketch at a mooring in connecticut. i am qualified by extensive experience to hit any shoal, rock or floating obstacle. i'm qualified for 15 foot seas because the "german" gives the wrong weather report! and i am qualified to get seasick.

with all due respect to racers, race space shuttles! race jet cars... but boats? lay on deck, lash off the tiller and have a relaxing day of it.
