http://wavetheusaflag.com is the website for the nonprofit Forsyth Area Sports Teams, (FAST) that we support.
You don't have to own a boat or know how to operate one to enjoy this group. Whether you come to only get a tan and have fun or your USCG Captains license we have a variety of aquatic fun for you. PADI/NAUI master diver, Red Cross lifeguard, WSI or experience in cooking at sea are some of the fun and certifications we offer. All of the sailing or instruction fees go directly to a non-profit, Forsyth Area Sports Teams (FAST) to support a group home for special and para-athletes All fees are tax deductible.
You can log USCG sea service time with us for your USCG license. Sailing, scuba. swimming, CPR, FA or other instruction is on a checklist format so that it fits your schedule. Come when you can and pick up your instruction up from where you left it. Download information from our file section on all our courses.
We regularly create a giant floating flag to support FAST. This giant flag, visible from the air, welcomes and thanks our troops as they fly into Atlanta. It also thanks all those people that contribute or support us by being a volunteer.
